UK Mainland Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Most items are delivered the next working day with a tracked service for orders placed before 1 pm.

  • Exclusions: Some larger items may not be eligible for offshore delivery.

NI, Scottish Highlands, and British Isles

  • Delivery Time: Delivery to these locations may take up to three working days.

  • Additional Charges: Extra fees apply to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and islands.

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Wheelchair World is pleased to offer a flexible 30-Day No Quibble Refund policy for your peace of mind.

Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 working days to return items for a refund.

  • Shipping Deduction: Outgoing shipping costs (£9.95 to £14.95, depending on the item) will be deducted from your refund.

Collection and Exchange Services

  • Collection Service: We can arrange a collection and return-to-base service starting from £14.95 (cost varies based on item size and location).

  • Exchange Service: Swap your product for an alternative using our 'Swap It' service, starting from £14.95.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed if:

  1. Goods are packaged in their original packaging, in a saleable condition, and have not been used outdoors.

  2. A fully completed returns form is enclosed in an envelope and affixed to one of the boxes.
